The sunflower is the first thing that turns toward the light. It's also the state flower of Kansas — but we're in Colorado, so let's focus on the turning.

We started Sunflower Software because we were tired of websites that look like every other website: template-stamped, bloated, and built to impress other developers instead of convert real customers. So we build the opposite — sharp, fast, custom-built sites with a point of view.

And because we're software people with a soft spot for the command line, we're also making Terminal Empire — a total-war inspired strategy game that lives entirely in your terminal. It's the game we always wanted to play, and nobody else was going to build it.

We're in Fort Collins, Colorado: near the mountains, surrounded by good beer, and reachable by email.
